Update 10 Overview (March 2026)
Update 10 is the biggest King Legacy update to date. Key highlights:
- Level cap raised to 5450 (previously uncapped but now has a ceiling)
- 3 New Fruits: Pteranodon (Mythical), Tree (Legendary), Demon (Legendary)
- 3 New Swords: Legendary and Mythical tier weapons
- Rebalances: Gas fruit nerfed (damage and duration reduced), Draconic and Night elementals buffed (5.5% → 30% damage bonus)
- New island added to explore
- Observation bypass mechanics removed — white HP bar now shows invincibility frames
What's in Update 10?
Update 10 dropped in early February 2026 and it's the biggest content patch King Legacy has seen in months. New dungeon, fruit balance changes, quality-of-life fixes, and a handful of fresh codes. Here's everything that matters.
The New Dungeon: Void Sanctum
The headline feature. Void Sanctum is King Legacy's first proper dungeon system — a multi-room instanced challenge that scales to your level.
How to Access It
- Minimum level: 2500
- Location: Talk to Dungeon Master Ryu on Wano Country (Third Sea)
- Entry cost: 5,000 Beli per attempt (basically free)
- Party size: 1-4 players
How It Works
Void Sanctum has 5 rooms, each with a wave of enemies and a room boss. Clear all enemies to unlock the door to the next room. The final room has a Raid Boss with unique mechanics.
| Room | Enemy Level | Room Boss HP | Reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Your level -200 | 800k | 500 Fragments |
| 2 | Your level -100 | 1.2M | 750 Fragments |
| 3 | Your level | 1.8M | 1,000 Fragments |
| 4 | Your level +100 | 2.5M | 1,250 Fragments |
| 5 (Final) | Your level +200 | 5M (Raid Boss) | 2,500 Fragments + Loot |
Total per full clear: 6,000 Fragments and a chance at exclusive loot.
💡 Pro Tip: Room 4 and 5 enemies are above your level, meaning Logia intangibility won't protect you. Bring a Phoenix fruit user for heals or stock up on food.
Raid Boss: Void King
The final boss has three phases:
Phase 1 (100%-60% HP): Standard attack patterns. Telegraphed slam attacks and projectile waves. Easy to read, just don't get greedy.
Phase 2 (60%-30% HP): Adds a shadow clone mechanic. The Void King splits into 3 copies — only the real one takes damage. The fakes despawn after 10 seconds. Look for the one with slightly brighter eyes.
Phase 3 (30%-0% HP): Enrage mode. Attacks deal 2x damage and come 50% faster. This is a DPS race. Burn him down before he burns you.
⚠️ Warning: If your entire party wipes, you restart from Room 1. There are no mid-dungeon checkpoints. Play it safe in the early rooms and save your big cooldowns for the Raid Boss.
Dungeon Loot Table
The Raid Boss drops exclusive gear:
| Item | Drop Rate | What It Does |
|---|---|---|
| Void Blade (Sword) | 10% | Best sword in the game. 15% more damage than the previous best. |
| Void Armor (Accessory) | 10% | +12% damage reduction, +8% movement speed |
| Void Fragment x500 | 45% | Extra fragments on top of room rewards |
| Random S-tier Fruit | 2% | Yes, really. Farm this. |
| Nothing extra | 33% | Just the base room rewards |
💡 Pro Tip: The 2% fruit drop rate sounds low, but with a dedicated group clearing the dungeon in 15-20 minutes, you get roughly 3-4 attempts per hour. That's actually a better fruit farming rate than ground spawn hunting.
Fruit Balance Changes
Update 10 shook up the meta. Here are the biggest moves:
Buffed
- Shadow — Clone damage increased by 20%. Awakened clones now persist for 8 seconds (up from 5). This pushed Shadow firmly into S-tier.
- Gravity — Meteor Shower cooldown reduced by 3 seconds. Gravity Pull range increased. Much better for dungeon wave clearing.
- Quake — Sea Quake now hits twice (up from once). Effectively doubled its damage. Quake is a dungeon monster now.
Nerfed
- Light — Light Kick damage reduced by 15%. Still the fastest travel fruit, but it's no longer competitive for damage at high levels. Dropped from A to B tier.
- Dough — Not in King Legacy, but worth noting: no Dough changes despite community requests.
Unchanged but Affected
- Dragon and Rumble weren't directly changed, but the dungeon content plays to their strengths (AoE, mobility), keeping them at the top.
- Phoenix didn't get buffed, but the dungeon's sustained-damage nature makes Phoenix's healing even more valuable.
⚠️ Warning: If you were running a Light build for damage, it's time to switch. Light is now firmly a travel/utility fruit. Check our Fruit Guide for current recommendations.
New Codes (Update 10)
These codes were released with Update 10:
| Code | Reward |
|---|---|
| UPDATE8RELEASE | 2x EXP for 60 minutes |
| VOIDHUNTER | 5,000 Beli + 500 Fragments |
| KING2026 | Free stat reset |
| DUNGEONDROP | 3x Dungeon loot for 30 minutes |
⚠️ Warning: Codes expire. These Update 10 codes are expected to last 2-4 weeks from the patch date. Redeem them ASAP. Visit our King Legacy Codes page for the full active list.
Quality of Life Changes
Smaller changes that still matter:
- Auto-quest pickup — When you turn in a quest, the same quest automatically re-accepts. No more clicking the NPC twice.
- Fruit storage — You can now store one extra fruit in a new Fruit Vault on Starter Island. Costs 10,000 Beli to deposit. This is huge for traders and people saving a backup fruit.
- Boat speed buff — All boats are 20% faster. Crossing between islands is less painful.
- Boss HP bars — Bosses now show their HP percentage on screen. No more guessing if Kaido is at 30% or 3%.
- Dungeon matchmaking — A basic party finder that lets you queue for Void Sanctum with random players. It works, but bringing friends is still more reliable.
How Update 10 Changes Your Priorities
If you're still leveling, not much changes — follow the same route from our Leveling Guide. But if you're level 2500+, the dungeon should be your new priority:
- Fragments are easier to get — Dungeon gives 6,000 per clear vs. 100-500 from bosses. Awaken your fruit faster.
- Void Blade is best-in-slot — If you use swords at all, farm the dungeon until you get it.
- XP is competitive — At level 4000+, dungeon XP (100k-150k per clear) rivals or beats quest grinding.
The meta hasn't been flipped upside down, but it has shifted. AoE fruits and sustain fruits (Phoenix, Dragon, Quake) got relatively stronger because the dungeon content rewards exactly those traits. Glass-cannon PvP fruits like Dark or Love still do their thing in the arena, but they'll struggle in Room 4-5 of the dungeon.
💡 Pro Tip: Run the dungeon with 2-3 friends, each with a different role. One Phoenix for heals, one Dragon/Rumble for DPS, one Quake for wave clear. You'll clear in under 15 minutes consistently and farm Void Blade drops efficiently.
That's Update 10 in a nutshell. It's a solid patch that adds endgame content the game desperately needed. If you're coming back to King Legacy after a break, now's a great time — the dungeon alone adds hours of replayable content.
