About BloxMeta

A small team, a big spreadsheet, and a rule that every code gets tested before it goes live.

BloxMeta is an independent, fan-run resource for Roblox anime games — Blox Fruits, Anime Defenders, King Legacy, Shindo Life, and All Star Tower Defense. We're three players who got tired of clicking through SEO-stuffed pages full of expired codes and stale tier lists, so we built the site we wanted to read.

Why we exist

In early 2024, Sam pasted a Blox Fruits code from the “top result” on Google and got nothing — the code had expired six weeks earlier but the page still ranked #1. He sent screenshots to Leo and Mack. We checked twelve more sites and found the same thing: pages republished daily with no actual verification behind them.

BloxMeta started as a shared Notion doc that month. By summer, it was a real site. Today we publish for five Roblox anime games, with code lists tracked daily from community sources — and select codes redeemed by hand — and tier lists rebuilt after every major patch. We don't take game developer payments, we don't accept guest posts, and we don't use AI to write guides — every byline you see is one of the three of us.

We're not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, the Gamer Robot studio, or any of the developers behind the games we cover. We're just players who care about getting the details right.

The team

Three editors, three game obsessions

Each of us owns a slice of the site based on the games we actually play the most. That way no page on BloxMeta is written by someone who hasn't put serious hours into the game it's about.

How we work

Our editorial process

Codes are tracked daily, verified selectively

Mack's fetcher pulls new codes from community sources every day, and codes are marked expired the moment they stop appearing as active. On top of that, Mack redeems select codes by hand on a clean test account — those get a "Verified" badge. If a code stops working, we move it to the expired list — we don't quietly delete it.

Tier lists are rebuilt every patch

Leo runs a structured playtest in the same conditions each time (fixed map, fixed difficulty, repeated runs). Rank changes only ship after the data and patch notes both support the move.

Guides are written by people who play the game

Each guide carries a real byline. If Sam wrote it, Sam plays the game it's about. We don't accept guest contributions and we don't use AI to generate guide content.

Corrections are public

When we get something wrong, we update the page and bump the 'Last verified' date. If a code or tier change was significantly off, we say so in the page intro.

For the long version, see our editorial standards.

Independence & funding

How BloxMeta is funded

BloxMeta is funded by display advertising on the pages you read. We don't take payments from game developers, we don't do paid placements in tier lists, and we don't accept “sponsored” codes. Ad placements are handled by an independent ad network and have no influence on our editorial decisions.

If we ever do anything sponsored — a giveaway, an affiliate link, anything — it will be labeled clearly on the page where it appears. Read the full policy on our editorial standards page.

Spotted something wrong?

Bad code, outdated tier rank, broken link — we want to hear about it. Reply times: usually within 24 hours, sometimes the same hour.
