Anime Defenders is Starter Studio’s tower defense take on the anime-crossover genre: players summon units representing well-known anime archetypes, place them along a map, and upgrade them to survive escalating enemy waves and boss stages. Launched in May 2024, it is the newest game in our anime lineup, and its unit-evolution system — units gain new forms and abilities through Evolution Stones rather than simple level scaling — has driven fast, frequent content updates like Update 11’s Shadow Dragon and King of Dragons.
