What Is Shindo Life?
Shindo Life is a Naruto-inspired action RPG on Roblox, developed by RELL World. You collect bloodlines (think kekkei genkai), equip elements, and fight your way through an open world full of bosses, PvP arenas, and secret scrolls. As of the latest RELL Seas update (Feb 2026), the game has over 200 bloodlines, 20+ elements, and several massive maps to explore.
If you've just joined for the first time, here's exactly what to do.
Your First 30 Minutes — Step by Step
Step 1: Redeem codes immediately. Before you even move your character, open the main menu and go to EDIT > Codes. Enter every active code from our Shindo Life Codes page. You'll get free spins and RELL Coins — both are critical early on. A single code can give you 50-100 spins, which is huge when you're starting from zero.
Step 2: Spin for a bloodline. Open your bloodline menu and use those free spins. You're looking for anything B-tier or above. Don't stress about getting an S-tier on your first session — Rykan Shizen (1/90 rarity) or Apollo Sand (1/100) are both solid starter bloodlines with good PvE damage and beginner-friendly moves. If you land something like Rengoku or Bankai Akuma, congratulations — you won the lottery.
Step 3: Pick an element. You start with a random element, but you can spin for a new one. Inferno (1/70 rarity) is the best beginner element in the game — easy to use, solid burn damage, and effective for clearing mobs. Lightning (1/40) is even easier to get and works fine until you find something better.
Step 4: Talk to the quest NPCs in Ember Village. The main hub has quest givers near the center. Take the first quest and start fighting.
Pro Tip: Don't skip the tutorial quests. They reward RELL Coins and XP that compound fast in the early game.
Understanding the Spin System
Spins are the core gacha mechanic. Every bloodline and element has a rarity expressed as 1/X — meaning a 1-in-X chance per spin. For example, Bankai Akuma is 1/250, so on average you'll need 250 spins to land it.
Key spin concepts:
- Free spins regenerate over time (1 spin every few minutes when you're online)
- Spin storage lets you bank up to 200+ spins and use them all at once. Access it through the menu. Always let your spins accumulate before spinning in bulk.
- RELL Coins can buy extra spins from the in-game shop
- Pity — there's no confirmed hard pity system, but community data suggests rates improve slightly after very long dry streaks
Warning: Don't spend Robux on spins until you've exhausted all free codes. Seriously. There are usually 500+ free spins available from active codes at any time.
Stat Allocation — Where to Put Your Points
You earn stat points as you level up. There are three main stats:
| Stat | What It Does | Recommended Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Chi | Powers element moves and some sub-abilities | High (if element-focused) |
| Ninjutsu | Powers bloodline moves and mode damage | High (if bloodline-focused) |
| Taijutsu | Powers melee/hand-to-hand combat | Low (for beginners) |
For your first character, go 60% Ninjutsu / 30% Chi / 10% Taijutsu. This gives your bloodline Z/X/C moves the most damage while still keeping your element useful.
Pro Tip: You can reset your stats later using codes or RELL Coins. Don't agonize over the perfect build at level 10.
Bloodline Basics for New Players
Bloodlines come in three types:
- Eye Bloodlines — Activated abilities with powerful modes. Think Sharingan/Rinnegan. Examples: Rengoku, Bankai Akuma, Tengoku.
- Elemental Bloodlines — Combine elemental damage with bloodline abilities. Examples: Narumaki Six Paths, Borumaki.
- Clan Bloodlines — Melee-focused with unique fighting styles. Examples: Sengoku, Minakaze.
You can equip two bloodlines simultaneously (one in each slot). Your Z, X, and C keys activate the first three moves of your equipped bloodline. Press the mode key to transform and gain massive stat boosts.
Warning: Mode transformations drain your stamina bar. Don't activate mode and then stand around — use it aggressively when you're ready to fight.
Recommended Beginner Bloodlines
These are easy to get (relatively common rarity) and effective:
- Rykan Shizen (1/90, Elemental) — Self-healing and wood attacks. Forgiving for mistakes.
- Apollo Sand (1/100, Elemental) — Wide AoE for mob clearing. Great for quests.
- Odin Saberu (1/110, Clan) — Satisfying hammer attacks with consistent damage.
- Borumaki (1/150, Elemental) — Wind/lightning hybrid. Fast combos.

Navigating Ember Village
Ember Village is your home base. Here's what you'll find:
- Quest Board — Center of the village. Pick up daily and story quests here.
- Spin NPCs — Near the entrance. Spin for bloodlines and elements.
- Training Grounds — Behind the main building. Practice combos on dummies.
- Shop — Buy weapons, scrolls, and consumables with RELL Coins.
- Boss Entrance — East side of the village. Boss fights start here once you're level 50+.
Pro Tip: Press M to open the full map. Waypoints appear for active quests. Use the map constantly — getting lost in Shindo Life's open world is easy when you're new.
Common Beginner Mistakes
- Spreading stats evenly across all three. Pick a focus. Split builds are weak.
- Ignoring codes. Hundreds of free spins are sitting there waiting for you.
- Fighting bosses too early. You need at least level 50 and a decent bloodline. Don't waste time dying.
- Never using mode. Your bloodline's mode is its strongest form. Learn to activate it during fights.
